Enhance.cam uses a pay-as-you-go model. One credit covers one completed photo edit, so you only pay when you actually need a fix.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no monthly plan required to use the tools. You can buy credits when you need them and come back later when another photo needs help.
Where can I see the current price per edit?
The pricing page shows the current credit bundles and how many edits each bundle covers. If pricing changes, that page is the source of truth.
What if an edit fails or looks clearly broken?
If a job fails or the output is obviously wrong, contact us through the support form and include the tool you used plus a short description of what happened. We review those cases directly.
Which tools use credits?
Credits are used for finished AI edits such as opening closed eyes, removing pimples, brightening dark photos, colorizing old images, and other enhancement workflows shown on the site.

Do I need a reference image for the Open Eyes tool?
A reference image helps when you want more control over the result, but it is not always required. The best reference is a clear photo of the same person with open eyes and similar lighting.
What kind of source photo gives the best result?
Clear photos with a visible face, decent lighting, and enough resolution usually work best. Heavy blur, strong motion, or extreme shadows make any AI edit harder.
Can I use Enhance.cam on my phone?
Yes. The tools run in the browser and work on mobile, which is useful when you want to fix a photo right after taking it. Some workflows, like Open Eyes, also have an iPhone app option.
Will the edited photo still look natural?
That is the goal. The tools are designed to solve one problem at a time rather than restyle the whole image, which usually leads to more believable results.
How long do you keep uploaded images?
Uploads are not stored indefinitely. They are processed securely and removed from our servers after a short retention window rather than kept as a permanent library.
